Terms of Service
Last updated: May 11, 2026
1. Service provider
Signoti is operated by Yahya El Bahhaoui, based in Pamplona, Navarra, Spain. Contact: contacto@signoti.com.
These Terms are designed for an international SaaS service operated from Spain. Unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise, Spanish law applies and disputes are submitted to the courts of Pamplona, Spain.
By creating an account, subscribing, or uploading a document, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.
2. Support tool, not a law firm
Signoti is software for document understanding. It helps you identify possible risks and decide when a licensed attorney should review a document. Signoti is not a law firm, does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You remain responsible for decisions made using the service. For important or high-risk matters, consult a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction limits
The service can adapt analysis to Spain, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Each jurisdiction applies its own legal framework and the AI is instructed accordingly.
For US documents, state selection is important because contract rules may vary by state. If a state is missing, incorrect, or not clear from the document, the analysis should be treated as general information and not as state-specific legal guidance.
For UK documents, English and Welsh law is applied by default unless the contract specifies Scottish or Northern Irish law. For Canadian documents, federal common law principles are applied as a baseline; provincial law varies and the output is not a substitute for province-specific legal advice. For Australian documents, the Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 is the primary reference.
For any jurisdiction, AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Consult a licensed attorney in the applicable jurisdiction for important or high-risk matters.
4. Acceptable use
You may upload documents only when you own them, are a party to them, or have permission to process them.
You may not upload illegal materials, classified documents, malware, or third-party confidential documents without authorization. You may not reverse engineer the service or attempt to extract system prompts.
5. Privacy, cookies, and analytics
Use of Signoti is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Non-essential analytics tools, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity, are used only after cookie consent.
You can reject or withdraw analytics consent without losing access to the service. Essential authentication, payment, security, and legal-preference storage remains necessary for the service to function.
6. Subscriptions, one-off purchases, and billing
Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe unless cancelled. Prices are configured in USD, and Stripe may present and charge the local currency at checkout where supported.
One-off document reviews are single-use purchases with a USD base price. Stripe may present and charge the local currency at checkout where supported. A one-off review adds one document review to your account, does not create a subscription, and is consumed when you analyze a document.
You may cancel from account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Fees are non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signoti and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
The service is provided as an aid to understanding documents, not as a guarantee that every risk, clause, or legal issue has been identified.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
